If your FOID Card was denied or revoked for certain reasons, you may be eligible to take your case directly before a judge. There are pros and cons to consider, but we can usually handle these just about anywhere in the state.

Most FOID denials and revocations should be taken before the FOID Card Review Board. With the exception of 'clear and present danger' revocations, which have unique challenges, we offer two options for handling your Board-level appeal.

We handle all criminal cases on a simple and easy to understand hybrid flat fee basis, Because the majority of criminal cases do not result in trial, you will only pay a flat fee to retain our services for the first part of your case (called pretrial). Only if you go to trial will you have to pay the second half of the fee.
